Hi, I'm Masha.

I started my career as a portrait photographer while in undergrad, and that passion still fuels my creativity today.
 

I’m currently an Art Director & Global Designer at Clinique, where I get to bring big digital concepts to life, art direct photoshoots, and work on videos and animations for global campaigns.
 

Before Clinique, I worked at Bumble and bumble, Ogilvy, EY, and Philip Morris, diving into everything from branding to digital content, and I’ve been lucky to gain international experience along the way.
 

I’ve had some amazing mentors who helped shape my career, and I’m all about paying it forward by guiding and supporting junior creatives.
 

Outside of work, I host monthly dinners, do portrait photography, look for the perfect croissant, work on oil paintings, and learn French.
